With the pandemic going on, there hasn’t been much reason for me to dress up. But quarantine boredom has struck me these past few weeks, and I’ve felt the need to take a look at my closet and think of outfits I want to wear when this is all over. Looking at my wardrobe, I’ve realized how much clothes I have that has to been worn. I’ll admit that some of the reason I haven’t worn clothes is because I’ve bought items with the intention of wearing it when I started feeling good about my body. And I’m finally here! I’m comfortable with myself and why not start featuring my looks?
In this featured look, I’m wearing a cute color block rayon button up shirt I purchased at Forever 21 in the fall. I remember trying this shirt on in-store and loving the way it looked on me. This shirt really screams spring/summer and with the pandemic there has been no reason to really wear this shirt. I guess maybe the next time I go grocery shopping? I definitely see myself wearing this for a brunch get together with friends.
I paired the shirt with some paint splattered black dad jeans from Urban Outfitters and my white hi-top leather Converse. Here’s looking forward to the day I can wear this outfit anywhere but my apartment.
