Mickey mouse, torn jeans and studs

Mickey Mouse, torn jeans and studs are just some of my favorite things, and they all came together for this look. Winter is almost coming to a close but that doesn’t mean the cold will be going away. Spring can some times have cold nights and my Mickey Mouse sweater will definitely work for those nights.

I copped the Mickey Mouse sweater at H&M.  I rarely ever find anything for myself at H&M, but for some reason this sweater caught my attention. After trying it on, I decided it was a must! And it’s been a great addition to my wardrobe. I’ve gotten compliments from people when wearing it. You really don’t need to wear any other statement items when wearing this sweater.

I stayed with dark colors for this look. I paired the sweater with some grey torn jeans from Zara and some studded high top sneakers from Steve Madden that I haven’t worn in awhile. The torn denim and studded shoes contrast with the sweater, but they still definitely work together. It gives my outfit a bit of an edge to it. Haha.

What are your thoughts on the sweater? How would you style it?

Street Wear For Days!

Hi guys! Sorry for not posting for about week, I’ve been busy with final school work and projects. I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving break.

Today, I’m presenting you with a street wear look that I think every stylish gentleman should try.

For this look, I am wearing an oversized print shirt from Topman, which I recommend every guy to buy at least one. They are relaxed and very comfortable, I suggest pairing them with a great pair of skinny jeans from Forever 21 or Topman.

Now for the chilly days you can add on a faux leather or leather jacket. A bomber or motorcycle jacket will make your street wear outfit pop. Topman carries affordable leather and faux leather jackets ranging $70 to $500.

I added a porkie pie hat to my outfit. A nice porkie pie hat adds some class to your look, and will get you many compliments.

Now the last but most important step is a pair of shoes. The thing I love most about this look is that you can pair it with a variety of shoes. Vans, Converse, Dr. Martens, combat boots, Chelsea boots, or desert boots. The shoes I’m wearing are the FRISCCO desert boots from Steve Madden.

I hope my street wear look inspires you to create a similar look. Tell me what you think about my look by commenting below! Until next time my friends, stay classy!

#OOTD-September 29th

So today the sun is shining high up in the sky, and I had to teach today. I have to look professional as possible, so instead of putting on a button up, I went with a polo. I think polos are a great for wearing on hot sunny day, they make you look professional, and stylish if you pick the right polo. Anyway here is my OOTD!

Sweater Weather… Don’t Forget The Boots!

Last night I felt something amazing… A COOL BREEZE! I can’t wait for the sweater weather to officially start. So before the sweater weather hits us, I’m going to give you gentlemen some advice on what to wear.

Starting off with the sweater, gone are the days of wearing solid color Vneck or crew neck sweaters. My biggest advice would be adding some print to your sweater this fall/winter. This is coming from a guy who use to stray away from print, until I tried on a floral print sweater, and I realized that it didn’t look bad.

On a cool day you can rock the printed sweater alone, and on those colder nights put it over a long sleeve button up. It does everything a solid sweater can do, but it adds a cool factor. My favorite go to place for printed sweaters is Forever 21, check them out!

Now I’m sure that this summer you’ve been rocking the boat shoes, toms, or any type of Nike shoe. I will admit to the latter, but once the cold weather comes I suggest you step up your shoe game. Look no further than the combat boot, they seriously give you some edge and you can pair them with jeans or chinos.

If you’ve never worn combat boots, purchase them in black or brown, that way you have a variety of outfits to pair them with. Now if you love them, which I’m sure you will, they come in all sorts of colors (tan, red, green, etc.). Look up Steve Madden, Aldo, or Asos, I know you will find a pair that fits you.

Take a fashion risk, I’m sure you’ll love it!
